OpenReal is a sophisticated, AI-powered real estate platform built to revolutionize how property data is accessed and understood.
- Foundational Architecture: Architected the core backend infrastructure and microservices from the ground up using Python, FastAPI, and Django.
- Generative AI Integration: Built and deployed Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using LlamaIndex to power document-grounded conversational AI features.
- Scalable Deployment: Set up the production infrastructure on Kubernetes (K8s) and established automated CI/CD workflows, streamlining the release process.
- Mentorship: Led the backend development team and mentored junior developers on system architecture and clean code practices.
Nepal Niwas (Founding Member)
Nepal Niwas is a nationwide real estate platform in Nepal, designed to handle high-volume listings and complex property discovery.
- Backend Infrastructure: Architected the core backend to handle a nationwide database of property listings, user accounts, and agent lead management.
- Geospatial Engineering: Engineered complex location-based search and filtering capabilities using Django and PostgreSQL, enabling efficient map-based discovery.
- Containerized Orchestration: Managed containerized staging and production environments using Kubernetes, including zero-downtime deployments.
- Data Integrity: Designed the foundational database schemas and secure property verification workflows, optimizing for high-speed query response.
