My life in five minutes

I grew up alongside the evolution of the modern web—from the hum of dial-up to the silent efficiency of distributed AI. My life has been a parallel journey with the digital revolution, where I’ve shifted from a curious observer to an architect of the systems that power our world.

The Beginning

I arrived in a world that was rapidly digitizing. My early childhood was defined by the transition from physical to digital: from stacks of DVDs to the first high-speed internet connections. While most kids were focused on the screen, I was fascinated by the boxes connected to them. I remember watching the setup of our first home network and realizing that these machines could “talk” to each other through invisible pulses of data.

The beginning of digital curiosity

The Digital Awakening

By the time I hit my teenage years, the world was in my pocket. This was the era of the smartphone boom and the social media explosion. It was also when I wrote my first line of code.

What started as curiosity—trying to understand why a website looked a certain way—quickly shifted to the backend. I wanted to know how a single “like” button updated a database and synced across millions of devices instantly. I spent those years tinkering with Python, fascinated by how simple logic could manage massive complexity. I wasn’t just a user anymore; I was a builder of the “invisible foundations.”

Engineering the Future

I entered my professional life as the world was shifting again—this time toward hyper-scalability and data-driven intelligence.

My early career was a masterclass in precision. In the world of finance, there is no room for error. I learned to obsess over PostgreSQL performance and Redis caching, realizing that the backend’s job is to be the silent, unbreakable core of the application. Reducing query latency by 40% felt like fine-tuning a high-performance engine.

Foundation and Scalability

Architecting AI

Today, as a freelance engineer, I am working at the intersection of traditional distributed systems and the Generative AI revolution.

Previously, at Root Level AI, I served as a backend engineer, architecting RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and orchestrating LLM-powered applications for real estate platforms using FastAPI, Kubernetes (K8s), and Docker. My role has evolved from simply managing data to providing the infrastructure for machine intelligence.

The Future of Intelligence

My Philosophy

I believe the most powerful technology is the kind that works so well it becomes invisible. My journey has taught me that while the tools change—from dial-up to AI—the need for robust, reliable foundations remains constant.

I’m here to build those foundations.
